A guy can make a truck look completely stock from the outside, and give it all the comfort and conveniences of a newer truck pretty easily. I agree with most of the other posts, if it's low mileage and stock, keep it that way. I'd search the gazillion photos of trucks on this site and others, and see what you like from each, and make it yours.
