My '54 235 has come back to life after sleeping in a field for 1-year. I have replaced all ignition parts, cleaned the carb. It appears to be the stock 1-bbl Rochester carb. I am having trouble getting the truck to idle. Can anyone tell me:
> How many turns should I run-out the mixture
screw at the base of the carb?
> How do I adjust the idle speed when I have the
mixture correct?
> The truck doesn't seem to want to start without
a shot of starting fluid. What does this mean?

IT'S ALIVE!!

Thanks for your help.
