I picked up the piece today and it has a depression in the middle where the spare would lie and two angle irons attached across to keep the tire in place. There is no hardware with it and there is a half inch hole on either end. I don't know if its stock, according to what I have seen in the manuals and elsewhere and I am certain it is not been modified. I would like to post a photo but again I don't have the means to do so. If someone can identify it I could email a photo.
