josiah thanks for the reply starting to take it apart and remove all the crud & build up one thing is definite under the cake midway between the timing hole & dist. boss, on the oilpan rail are 2 cast bosses approx 1 1/4" long spaced about an inch apart thanks for the tip il get the #s off it any way and let you guys know
