I was thinkin where I've seen good color references - Gunnel's "Chevrolet Pickups, 1946-1972" ... page 52 shows my paint pattern on a 59
in 58: "the 2-tone patterning had the entire lower body and windshield posts in the main color, and the roof and rear corners of the cab in the secondary color" ... most era pics I've seen show that pattern, but I've seen factory pics that show that rear band of white as the only 'non-main' color area .... don't recall seeing any era pics that show just the white roof without the rear band, but there were something like 13 different 2-tone combos
also says that wheels were black on all single color trucks, and only body color if the truck was 2-tone
