Hopefully someone who has one will chime in. The prevailing wisdom is that the dual carbs and dual exhaust will improve performance but whether it does enough to justify the cost is questionable. Czechman is right in a way - you still have a 216. But back in the day they were able to really soup-up them babies. A good read is California Bill's book about them (I forget the title) and another one from the early 50's that details the high performance mods done to those "low-pressure oiling engines". I too am fond of the era-correct hop-up parts. Good luck.
