Other than the typical multiple carb idiosyncrasies that setup has been around forever but when it's all said and done you still have a low-pressure oiling engine that's not suited for high performance use.
That's why so many people (myself included) throw in the towel and just get a 235.
Of course nothing beats cubic money so if you really have to have the 216
Beck's Machine and Tool will modify one for full pressure oiling and just about anything else you may want.
