Where is the fuel rack? Or, what does the throttle acually control? The main pump?
And, I don't see any glow plugs??? A compression/leakdown test ain't gonna be easy if there are no GP holes.
Is it common for the 8.2 to run rich, smoke at idle? I can't hardly stand behind it.
