Well guys, it seems to be one problem after another with my truck. I went this morning and tried to get it to start. It tried to start twice, then it would no click over at all. My battery is new and was even charged up yesterday. It seems that the starter has gone out. That would explain a lot about the starting issues as well. I got this truck not knowing much about it and all the parts on it besides the 350 seem very old. I am guessing at this point that the starter was weak and ready to go out and then with how many times I have tried to start it in the cold it must have finished it off. I even tried the knocking on it with a hammer and nothing happened at all.
