I tried the carriage bolt and the bushing moved but the bolt stripped,I tried to find a hardened one but the hardware store did not have any. I am going to see if I can get a large enough bolt to thread into the bushing and get it out that way but if that does not work I will get a regular hardened bolt and try to get it out that way before cutting it out.
