Speaking of shocks, has any one used the aftermarket bracket kits from Chevy Duty and the like for putting tube shocks on their old knee-action shocked Chevies? Or does anyone have a spare set of original 50's brackets so I can update my 48 Chevy to tube shocks? I have been daily driving it with wore out knee-action shocks for only about 20 yrs (off and on), so figure it was about time to get "real" shocks on the little ole' '48.
