even the correct resin [there's one meant for application to steel] won't stick to rust for long - keep in mind as well that the floors are structural - not worth the cost and hassle, and it wouldn't save money or time
as said in another thread, 'if you don't have the time to do it right, when ya gonna have the time to do it over?'
