Hy BrianpWalker, Welcome, in B.C. where I live, we can have a serial number created and applied to an "amalgamated" vehicle, it's called an assigned serial number, it was done to identify vehicles created from many different vehicles, I can't believe Ontario doesn't have some similar, hope that helps.
