yes, I've unbolted the U joint at the drive shaft. I'm wanting to remove the tranny and motor as one unit so that I can clean the chassis and also clean and paint the motor. I think I missed seeing the two motor mount bolts on the side. I put a floor jack under the tranny and lifted it up just a little, but the engine didn't want to come up without bringing the fame off the ground with it. I already have the radiator , fenders front grill stripped off. I'll have to take a closer look for the two motor mounts. I bet that's what was holding me.
