Best bet there (if it is stuck would to replace it with one that is new or rebuilt OR find a decent master cylinder to rebuild.
I think your clutch may be stuck in the release position as well. Look at the linkage to see if it is connected.
There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
