I installed a new horn brush in the steering wheel, and when I blew the horn the small spring melted.My 49 has NO horn relay.The horn ground wire runs up the steering column.
I seem to remember a horn brush that had a braided wire inside of the spring to take the electrical load. Do any of you guys know where to get one???
