I am getting ready to buy a 1963 Chevy C-60 dump truck. The brake pedal has to be pumped 3-4 times to get pressure. This will stop the truck but as soon as I let off the pedal I have to pump them again.

Does anyone know what the problem is? I have a couple of theories but no experience with this truck yet.
