That looks like the orignal 4L60e.
I liked the oil pan mod. Cant tell if that is a 3.5 rear sump or just a modified and puzzled 4.2.
For those looking to do a 5-speed, search the forums on inliners site. Its not cheep unless you find really good deals. Westers Garage will do a custom PCM code to keep the variable valve timing, and have either automatic or manual trans.
