This leads me to a question I've got. When I removed my 235, I couldn't figure out how to get the bellhousing off the back of the engine. I couldn't imagine having to change a clutch without removing the bellhousing.
There were 6 bolts holding the bellhousing to the back of the 235. 2 were on top and accessible from the outside, but 4 of them are inside the bellhousing BEHIND the flywheel!!! The bottom two can be backed out with a wrench, but the two that are above the crank, there is no way you can reach those.
How exactly does one remove the bellhousing to change a clutch on one of these stovebolts without having to remove the flywheel by removing the crank and clutch with it, just to get to those bolts?
I know this sounds retarded, but I couldn't figure out how in the world to change a clutch without disassembling the engine, which seems absolutely ridiculous.
Just curious.
