Depending on the year of your 292s the LP head may different because it might have hardened valve seats for LP use. Find the casting number on your blocks this will tell you several things, what crank you have forged or cast. The bore and stroke will be the same on all of them. There are other pistons with the same bore The problem is not the same wrist pin diameter and compression height. The only other stock head you could possibly use is the 194, which would bump your compression up to 9.5-10.0. What do you intend to use the engine for?
