Is it an open drive shaft? When you had it up on jacks did you run it up in high gear & see if vibrates on the floor. It almost has to be in the drive shaft or tires. Did you check the wheels & tires for being out of round. If you used custom wheels sometimes they will not seat up against the drum with the original rivets holding the drums to the hubs. you have to grind down the heads.
