I agree with Czechman. Most of us don't need a motor that has had all that exotic work done on it. I couldn't imagine missing out on the hands on enjoyment of putting a motor together. It is such a thrill to see the result purr away.

I think it is the correct approach to rebuild a vintage motor with 77K on it before installing it. These 235s are one of the best motors to learn on. I say go for it!
