I think Bill has you covered on this one. Check and adjust the clutch.
One thing,,, with the engine off, can you put the tranny in gear and drive/move the truck in first gear? If it does move in gear, does the truck still try to go with the clutch pedal all the way in?
if so, definitely clutch needs adjustment smile
