A good rule of thumb about the time it takes to finish a project:
Bed off - Cab left on - keep suspension - keep motor - keep rear end - paint exterior and rebuild interior= 1 year to 1 1/2 years.
Bed off and rebuilt - Cab off and new wiring and gauges - new suspension - new motor - new rear/gears - new interior/glass - paint everything = 2 years to infinity.
Everyone has a different amount of time and talent to put to the job so take all this with a grain of salt.
