I do a fair amount of carpentry and repair work around my house, but nowhere near the amount a construction worker would. I have all DeWalt tools and I've never had a problem with any of them.
Regardless of what drill you get, buy an extra battery. When you're working on something and making progress even 15 minutes is an eternity.
