Your horn button is held on by a rubber grommet, bushing, whatever you want to call it. You simply pry it up with a small screwdriver or other such devise. All of the parts vendors sell repops if you damage the original. If it doesn't come out with the horn button you then remove the "S" wire by pulling it straight out (that's what honks your horn) then loosen the nut in the center of the hub. If your steering wheel is in good shape you can get your knees under the steering wheel, push up (toward your chest) hard with your knees, put one hammer on the steering shaft (leave the nut on so you don't bugger the threads) and smack the first hammer with a second hammer. A couple of blows usually does the trick. The "best" way is to use a puller. You can get an inexpensive puller at your FLAPS & "J" hooks at the hardware store to hook around the spokes of the steering wheel. If you want to get your steering wheel back on straight be sure to make the correct spline location before removing the steering wheel.
