The divorced case was used up to the '66 models, it would be a gaer drive Spicer 24. Not very common. About the only divorced style that you might find more commonly would be the ford up to about '77, but it would have the output on the wrong side. One option would be Boyce Equipment
http://www.boyceequipment.com/ if you want to consider a divorced style. I recall seeing that they have the Dodge military style divorced NP203 in stock. That one will have the correct side output for the front driveshaft.
Also, like I said in my other post, check with Advance. They might have the parts to adapt an automatic 'case to the 4 speed. It's worth checking out.
