235 fuel pump should have two bolts throught the flanges that are solid. If someone put a hollow bolt in one of these, something's wrong. If you have the combo pump with fuel pump on top and vacuum pump on the bottom, there will be two vacuum lines on the bottom. But since your truck should have electric wipers (I think) you wouldn't need a vacuum pump.
