I agree with trucktinker about the float adjustment, I allways start diagnosing problems from the most simplest and work my way up.anybody know the exact measurement for the float or do you eyeball it like me??you said you cleaned it real pretty-like,did you dip it over night? do they sell carb dippers in your area? it would be the size of a large coofee can,but a little taller,you can use a tabacco pipe cleaner to clean small holes,keeping in mind not to scratch the bores.anyway good luck,thats my two cents.and another thing to check is if the foat has a pinhole in it,rare but I've seen it.
