Achipmonk that makes perfect cents by drilling the hinge out 11/32 = .343 dia and then drilling out the hinge frame R=.339 dia that would give you .005 thousands of an inch bigger hole to pivit freely in as long as the hinge pins are 11/32 dia. personally i would lap the hinge out. better control then using a drill . as drills normal cut over size unless you round the corners with a stone and then they work almost like a reamer. without the cost of buying the reamer.
