Just went out and there is a lot of movement in the lower hinge, most seems to be within the hinge, but a fit of flex on the interface to the door. So does this make it a candiate for bushing replacement? Any suggestions on where to go for the pins and how longe does it really take to r/r them?
If it so happens that it is "door rot" what can and cannot be done to remedy the situation?
