Hmmmm,,I guess at this point is just try all the above mentioned things on the driver door,,it worked on the pass. door, or maybe try working the door latch by hand from the inside,,without the handle and long arm hooked up.
These things get kinda tricky sometimes with pivot points and pulling,pushing,etc.....
