| | | | Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 443 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 443 | I worked in the body shop at a Chevy dealership in the 1970's & 80's and used to replace hinge pin/bushings all the time. Not a big job and the bushings are not expensive. Well worth the money for the improvement. If let go too long, the next thing to go will be the door lock & striker.
