Bill, I got the 1964 OE AM jam working, but the speaker is rough. Its kinda odd how it fits up into the dash, has funny mounting apparatus. I have been told(here) that impedance needs to be close or it will overheat the radio, not sure if aftermarket would work alright or not. the last time I went to Radio Shack they told me they no longer carry car audio at all. brian
