Hey fellow bolters,
I finally got the new bed installed. It was a longer process than I expected. It originally was going to be temporary (only for a few years till I got around to doing the frame off resto).
I picked up the pine boards at H-Depot, ripped - routed - milled - stained - and sealed them. This was all possible with the help of (of course the Stovebolt Forums)

I plan on putting a more detailed doc together for anyone else thinking of taking on this type of project. Just trying to give back a little of what I've taken from this site and all it's knowledgeable members.
