I recommend posting this question in the general truck forum. I think you'll get more visibility there.
You might also give the search engine a run, if you haven't already.
There has been some recent posts about contributions to the The Old Chevy Manual Project. If you find that thread, you'll find the link to the project and you might find your pictures there. Try also the Links section.
Wish I could help you with the bumper mounts, but it is outside of my arena.
