| | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | do you have a factory assembly manual? check the suppliers to see what the bed mount kit contains, usually there's just some rubber shims to prevent squeaks and the bolts - lack of the cross member shouldn't have any effect on the bed, but it seems kinda iffy just eliminating it
