ok the engine has a fresh rebuild with an offenhauser dual 1 barrel carter setup, I am about to have the carbs checked out by our local carb guy, we can get the car running, but it seems to want to idle at about 3k rpms, and it will only start and stay running if I choke it, any help, anyone?
