The carb has an auto choke that works great, but I wanted to buy a rebuilt carb with auto choke (rest of carb is rough). Chevy Duty told me that the 54 trucks did not come with carbs with auto choke - only the 54 cars. Other autoparts store NAPA for one, cannot order one for me.
1st question, should I buy a rebuilt carb for 54 car and will it fit? 2)If so where's a good source? or 3)should I just pull it and rebuild it myself?
