Chevy had a 4 cylinder in the Chevy 2/ Nova. The Post Office bought some in northern Indiana (69 or 70) with non shifting Powerglides that were suposed to prevent tire spin on winter roads. The things were gutless and we had to get a running start to get them up the ramp into the service dept. at Chevy dealer I worked at.
