'68 Z-28 2 bolt main 302 block
#882's are OK heads, but use the small "peanut" plugs............open chamber type, though.
#993 or #441 is better.....
Your block is probably an "MO" or an MP" block.........not the best "302" blocks for the "z-28"............'69 "DZ" was-is the best, as it has the larger journals, better cam (30-30 Duntov) and the heads had re-developed valve springs for high RPM's........also, z-28 oil pump is heavy duty....will fit ANY SBC.
