All the 4-speed truck transmissions have a place for a PTO. If you're going to use a capstan-type winch, you'll probably need the type with forward and reverse positions on it. If you can find a winch from an old wrecker, there should be forward and reverse clutches on it, and you can get by with a single-direction PTO.
