You guys are right. I was going by memory as my 292 was given to me and I have not wrenched on it at all. I remembered a couple of other things as well. The 235's do not have an oil filter on the block and my 292 has a screw-on in front of the fuel pump. The double side covers are probably the best way to tell. Ftyler. I have never seen a front mount 292, but I have not dealt with the 292's much anyway. I would not have guessed that the 292 was lighter than the 235, but with close outside dimensions and larger piston diameters, I could see that. Well, I learned something too.
