Well my Scout 80 is currently at my dads place so not ready access, but who-ever did the swap used Chevy engine trans and transfercase. He had to modify both the firewall for the trans etc, but he also cut out the center of the core support and the engine goes thru the support and the radiator is mounted right behind the grill. If you ever look under the hood of one of those old scouts, the slant 4 barely fill the engine bay, and the space between the radiator and the grill is like a foot or more... I('ts hard to tell what else would be needed as this one uses a Datsun clutch master and slave with some home engineering to fit it all up to the Chevy and IHC stuff. It's a fairly clean swap, but lots of mods need to be done to the center hup to clear everything.
