| | | | Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 130 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 130 | hello tater. the tire size you asked about [235/75/16] is the same size as the new size on my 99 silverado. it rang a bell because in 99 i could not find snow tires as the size was so new. even goodyear did not have a snow tire the same size at that time. i was always curious to see if the silverado wheels would work on my 55 first series. so i guess i would ask if those wheels are similar to what you are looking to buy? if so i will be willing to try them on my truck before you buy them, that is i will take the spare from the silverado and try it on the ad truck. let us know if we are on the right track. good luck.
