Others will chime in with more specifics, but yes, that wheel and tire combo should work A O.K. on your rig. 16" wheels were original on these rigs up until '54, I believe, when 15" wheels became optional. Most important thing will be to be careful with the wheel backspacing, you might run into interferance with your tie rod ends. If you can try one of the new wheels on for size on the front (before you buy), this will let you know right away if they will fit. Hope this helps.
