This is where it gets interesting - After looking at lots of ID #'s, and not finding mine, I've sort-of determined that it is a 216.
The punched number on the plate just behind the distributor has the number C432317 and the cast numer, on the other side,is 3695451.
The transmission has the number "8 GM 590474" on the left side. Any help on this is also appreciated.
