It is possible, but a lot of work. The 250 block is slightly longer, but narrower, and uses side mounts and a cross-member under the tranny. So, you get to weld up some motor mounts, fab or modify a cross-member for the tranny, and put in an electric fan since you won't have room for the standard fan. Also, the clutch linkage changes.
I'm having a hard time believing that you can't find a good 235 block, around here you could get one in a day. Can some of you Oregon bolters help Jim out on this?
