It would be nice to have a garage to work in, but I don't so IF I ever get my Twin-Six to run, it's needs one coil, and new wires, caps, points, well just a good old tune up, and then figure out how to or if propane will work with the carbs I have, or if I will be need to find and install Gas carbs, and then I still need to see if I can even turn it over by hand, I don't have a big enough brake bar at home.
I have it sitting on the trailer so the Rockford drive unit is on the back, and I'm thinking of building a tractor type PTO output shaft for it, then I could run the water pump at the lake or any of the other tractor powered equipment on the Farm here. If I find a genset of something like that than I would try running that with the engine. I know these things are Fuel Hogs, so putting it in a truck for daily use is out of the question. Back in the 60s I don't think fuel cost was an issue.
