I can't seem to figure out whats wrong with my 350, a few weeks ago I had camel humps put on and since it's just not right. It has more power but it's running rough. At first I thought maybe dentonation with the 10-1 CR but I don't think it's that with dished pistons,12 inital timing didn't really help. The idle is rough and runs more than "lumps" like it used to. Here's the specs,

350 .060 bore
10-1 aprox CR
2.02/1.60 64cc heads 1.6 roller tip
298/300 d 500/550 cam with the 1.6 roller
stock 10-10 crank, rods
victor jr intake, 750 q jet
stock HEI
3000 stall
let me know if you need any more info

the engine has 4300 miles since rebuild, I've checked for vac leaks and the plugs and everything seems fine, but I'm not positive, I usted the carb but no luck, the engine also has a weird metalic clutter sound to it now also. The valve to piston clearace was good I was told.

crossed wires?
header gasket leak?
valves out adjustment?

the truck ran great before putting the heads on

Any ideas, anything at all would be great, thanks.
